Indianapolis, Indiana – March 9, 2021 – Young up-and-coming American driver Colin Mullan will join the No. 34 Conquest Racing / Farrow Duqueine D08 LMP3 entry, starting with the second round of the IMSA Prototype Challenge season this weekend at Sebring International Raceway in Florida. Mullan joins Peter Ludwig at the wheels of the No. 34 Farrow-supported car, the second of a two-car entry for Conquest Racing in this race.
While Mullan is new to the Conquest Racing JMF team and the IMSA Prototype Challenge series, he is not new to IMSA competition as a whole. He has raced in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge series for two seasons and has a win and several additional podiums in two separate classes.
Mullan, who turns 19 this month, is also a 2018 recipient of the prestigious Team USA Scholarship, awarded to aspiring young drivers who have shown remarkable display in their formative years at a young age. His most recent accomplishment comes just out of 2020, where he secured the Pirelli GT4 America SprintX Silver Championship.
Driving alongside Mullan is the 2017 Ferrari Challenge North America Trofeo Pirelli champion, Peter Ludwig. The long-time IMSA Sportscar Challenge veteran returns for the full season after kicking off the year for the No. 34 at the ROAR Before the Rolex 24 in January.
A successful bronze driver, Ludwig has balanced his time competing in both various sprint and endurance races throughout his career, clinching an impressive 31 podiums with 20 wins.
